Beyond the Basics-Trending Topics in Food Safety  

February 23rd – Professional providing 4 CEU/PDU!  Beyond the Basics-Trending Topics in Food Safety Speakers include: Dr. Michael Osterholm, Annette Maggi, Justo Garcia, Allyssa Rebensdorf and Peter J. Goss.  Our speakers are community health, regulatory, or legal professionals. These experts will cover topics about the deadliest enemies in our food supply, defining ‘clean’ labeling, food adulteration and hot topics in food safety and labeling litigation.  This event will be at Edina Country Club from 8–2:30 and includes a brunch.  More information and a brochure pdf can also be found under the Programs tab.
