Virtual Program: Holiday Eats, an Online Cook-Along
December 10, 2020
This virtual program will be held via Zoom. Once you have registered, you will receive an email link to the program.
Nothing says Happy Holidays like Eggnog! Bake along with Award-Winning ProStart Instructor, Chef & FCSP Member Mary Levinski as she takes you on a course for learning how to make three eggnog recipes that have become a tradition in her family: Eggnog Thumbprints, Eggnog Bread and No-Bake Eggnog Pie. The cookies and bread will make great holiday gifts, and the pie will dazzle your holiday table! Mary will demonstrate the making of cookies and bread and then together we’ll make eggnog pie with her. An ingredient shopping list will be sent in advance of the program.
We’ll also learn more about ProStart®, a nationwide, two-year high school program that reaches nearly 150,000 students in more than 1,900 high schools.

Through the years, Mary has advised her ProStart teams to 14 State championships in both management and culinary and 2 National team awards.
Mary says, “I love all things food. My passion is cooking and baking and I love to share my culinary skills with my students. It gives me great pleasure to watch them discover that they can really cook. Then they apply those skills in preparing gourmet dishes for family and for competition.”
