October 16, 2017 from 6:00pm – 8:30pm During our event, a Summit Brewery Ambassador will lead us on a tour of Summit Brewing Co. Afterwards we will enjoy a true pub fare meal catered by Skinner’s Pub and Eatery. Then the Director of Quality, Rebecca Newman, will share an overview of her career and how it intersects with food science and quality, compare and contrast the different breweries she has worked at, and share highlights to date regarding innovation and quality, along with defining what “Quality” really means in this industry..
