February Program

February 23 – Workshop providing 4 CEU/PDU!  Beyond the Basics-Trending Topics in Food Safety.  Speakers include: Dr. Michael Osterholm, Annette Maggi, Justo Garcia, Allyssa Rebensdorf and Peter J. Goss.  Our speakers are community health, regulatory, or legal professionals. These experts will cover topics about the deadliest enemies in our food supply, defining ‘clean’ labeling, food adulteration and hot topics in food safety and labeling litigation.  Details and a program brochure can be found under the Programs tab.
